One to one training
Personal training in it's true form. One to one sessions which are complemented by a training and nutrition programme for you to follow in your own time.
We identify your goals and needs and develop a nutrition plan tailored specifically for you.
Don't like the idea of training on your own? We offer small group training up to a maximum of 4 clients per session.
